What To Bring
If you have fever, cough, or flu-like symptoms, call us—your appointment may be moved to telephone/video.
For fasting blood tests, avoid food for 8–12 hours unless told otherwise (water and routine medicines are usually fine).
Bring home blood pressure/glucose logs if requested.

Usual walking time to the clinic: 3–10 minutes, depending on the street.
Look one to three blocks west or north of the building and read posted signs carefully (winter/emergency restrictions may apply).
Tip: Use the on-site car park for a quick drop-off, then find a free space nearby.

We can send e-prescriptions to your nominated pharmacy.
Lab/imaging requisitions include instructions on where to go and typical result timelines.
Results & Follow-up
Routine results are reviewed within 5–10 business days.
If follow-up is needed, we will contact you; otherwise, you can request copies via reception or our patient portal (where available).
Please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid a missed appointment fee.
If you are late, your appointment may be shortened or rebooked to keep the clinic on time.

After-hours & Urgent Issues
For medical emergencies, call 911 or attend the nearest Emergency Department.
For urgent but non-emergency issues outside clinic hours, please use Health811 (Ontario) or a local urgent care/walk-in clinic.
Messages left after hours will be returned on the next clinic day.
