Please note that if you have already filled out the intake form, you have been added to the waiting list and will be called to book a meet and greet appointment.
Please do not call us to inquire about your place on the waitlist or when your appointment will be booked. We will contact you by phone once we have reached your name on the waitlist.
Please be advised that filling the intake form does not automatically make you a patient of the clinic. As a result, you cannot be seen earlier than your meet and greet appointment and no care or service will be provided prior to this. This includes refills or urgent appointments. There are no exceptions. If you need care before your meet and greet appointment, you will need to visit a walk-in clinic, urgent care centre or the emergency department.
